• Standard Items: All orders for ready-made products are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Hand-Crafted & Custom Items: Because our garments feature intricate, hand-crafted details, custom or made-to-order items require a production timeline of 2 weeks before they are dispatched.
